    Description PL301 Submersible level transmitter


    The PL 301 series is a highly reliable and accurate level sensor. Widely used in liquid pressure and liquid level measurement, such as water, oil and other low corrosive liquids.


    SU304 or 316L stainless steel construction, quality oil filled pressure sensing device, dedicated amplifier and V/I inverter circuit board, easy external programmable zero and full range calibration.


    The frequency converter can be equipped with wear-resistant, oil-resistant, acid-alkali resistant, high-strength breathable cable according to the different use environment on site.


    The PL301 submersible level transmitter/hydrostatic level sensor is designed for use in rivers, reservoirs, water tanks, boreholes, boats and channels. Because of their long-term immersion protection up to 100 meters, they are also ideal for measuring pressure in underwater pipelines and ships.


    For corrosive media applications such as seawater or leachate, especially in landfills, we offer advanced dual phase stainless steel submersible level transmitters with extremely high corrosion resistance.


    Submersible level sensor with 304 stainless steel case and waterproof cable, can be directly into the water/oil/tank or reservoir for level measurement. The measurement range ranges from 0 to 1m, 0 to 3m, 0 to 5m, 0 to 10m, 0 to 500m. The accuracy of the liquid level sensor is 0.5%FS or 0.3%FS. The output signal is 4-20mA/0-5V/RS485, and the power supply is 24V/12V. Cable type and connection type are also customizable.


    Submersible level sensor is essentially a pressure sensor for measuring liquid level. According to the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid, the static pressure is converted into electrical signals by isolated diffused silicon sensor or ceramic capacitive pressure sensor. The signal is converted to standard signal after temperature compensation and linear correction. Submersible level sensors are generally used for liquid level measurement in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other media.
