The steel ruler water level gauge provides the most accurate water
level measurement method for measuring the water level in wells,
boreholes and water pipelines. It is especially suitable for the
observation of groundwater levels in hydropower projects and the
manual detection of dam seepage lines. The instrument can be used
during construction, and can also be used as a long-term safety
monitoring of the project, which complies with the technical
specifications for earth dam safety monitoring.

There are two major components about the measurement of water level
variation:
1. Buried underground material is composed of water pipe and the
bottom cover (additional purchase).
2. Ground receiving equipment——steel ruler water level gauge,
including probes, steel ruler cables, receiving systems and winding
reels.
2.1. Probe part: It is made of stainless steel. A waterproof
contact point is installed inside, when the contact point enters
the water, it will start the receiving system and alarm, and it
will stop once it leaves the water.
2.2. Cable steel ruler part: The steel ruler and steel wire are
made of plastic technology, which not only prevents the corrosion
of the steel ruler, but also simplifies the operation process,
making the reading more convenient and accurate.
2.3. Receiving system part: It is composed of sounder, indicator
and peak indicator. The sounder emits a continuous beep, then the
indicator light lights up, and the peak value indicates the
voltmeter.
